Cancellation policy
Simple rules for classes, packs, group bookings and waitlists.
Customer cancellations
Cancel at least three hours before the class starts to return eligible 5 Class Pack credits. Cancellations made within three hours release the space, but pack credits are not returned.
Pay-as-you-go bookings
After you cancel, Mubeena will contact you personally to arrange a move to another class or a refund where applicable. A refund is complete when Yonder confirms it.
Group bookings
You can correct attendee names or remove individual people in My Yonder. Removing a person releases one space. An eligible pack booking returns one credit to the pack that paid for that place; Mubeena will arrange any applicable card-payment transfer or partial refund personally.
If Yonder cancels a class
Pack credits are returned. Mubeena will contact pay-as-you-go customers to arrange another class or a refund.
Waitlists
Joining a waitlist does not reserve a place or take payment. If a place opens, the offer lasts for 60 minutes and is for one person only.
5 Class Pack
A pack contains five shareable credits and expires 90 days after purchase. One credit is used for each attendee.
