We use the information you provide to manage classes, payments, passes, waitlists, waivers and essential customer communication.
Information we use
This may include your name, email address, mobile number, attendee names, bookings, cancellations, pass balance, payment references, emergency contact details and the responses you submit in your participation waiver. Stripe processes card details; Yonder does not store complete card numbers.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the service you request, keep accurate attendance and payment records, support safe class participation, record your waiver agreement, prevent misuse, and contact you about your booking.
Health and waiver information
Your waiver may contain health information that you choose to provide. It is used to help Yonder understand information relevant to safe participation and is available only to authorised administrators. Guest attendees complete their waiver in person rather than through the account holder’s online form. Please do not send sensitive health information by ordinary email.
Service providers
Yonder uses Supabase for customer, booking and waiver records, Stripe for payments and Resend for transactional email. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services.
Your choices
You can update your name and mobile number in My Yonder. To ask about access, correction or deletion of other account information, email mubeena.yonder@gmail.com.
